About Ace Luke

Composer | USA | Oregon

Ace Luke is a Composer and Sound Designer who has set out on a mission to elevate every story she touches.

In 2022, Ace was selected as one of the Scholars for the International Game Developers Association Foundation’s Virtual Exchange Program. With this program, she has been able to connect and collaborate with game developers from all around the world. She is most known for making music and sounds for Making Friends, one of many games part of the Itch’s “Trans Witches Are Witches” bundle.

She graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Music in Composition and a Bachelor of Science in Sonic Arts & Music Production. They love to create music for multimedia such as films and especially video games. She loves to experiment writing in a variety of sounds and styles including Classical, Electronic, Funk, Rock, and many more.

Ace also has a background in classical music as a tenor of the world renown Portland State Chamber Choir with performances alongside the Oregon Symphony, recording an album; “Translations” consisting of music by Latvian composer Ēriks Ešenvalds, and performing throughout Greece.

They hope to seek out commonality within larger projects in order to enhance the auditory experience for players everywhere.
