About Ace LukeComposer | USA | Oregon
Ace Luke is a Game Audio Professional who has set out on a mission to elevate every story they touch.
They recently graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Music in Composition and a Bachelor of Science in Sonic Arts & Music Production. They love to create music for multimedia such as films and video games. Some of their projects include games such as “Blob House” and “Galaxy Warrior Zet.”
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Ace spent the last year of university spearheading their junior and senior composition recitals in a short period of time while everything was virtual and no live performances could be done. In short, Ace can make things work in the most chaotic of circumstances. Their senior recital was called “16-Bits & Pieces” a Composition Recital entirely focused on creating music for video games.
Ace also has a background in classical music as a tenor of the world renown Portland State Chamber Choir with performances alongside the Oregon Symphony, recording an album; “Translations” consisting of music by Latvian composer Eriks Esenvalds, and recently performing throughout Greece.
No matter what challenges face them, they seek out the kernels of the music and bring it to a new level.
