Sound editor | Cyrdaeb | EgyptI have been active in the Egyptian and UK music scenes since the early 2000s and run a small netlabel / music distribution service for independent musicians called Cyrdaeb. I am also active in a couple of bands and several music projects spanning many genres, including but not limited to; experimental electronica, alternative rock, synthpop, sludge metal, alternative hip hop and instrumental soundtracks.
I compose, arrange, produce, mix and master the aforementioned projects. My work can either be heard through the embedded playlist or at https://cyrdaeb.bandcamp.com
I also make sample libraries for Kontakt and Ableton Live. I record rare or obscure instruments and edit the sounds into either a sample pack or virtual instrument, with customized GUI and FX controls. Some of them can be found at http://xtant-audio.com/product-category/partners/amir-s/
