About Danilo Crnogorac

Danilo Crnogorac is a professional sound designer and audio recordist with extensive experience across the film, music and media industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sound Design and Recording from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (University of Arts in Belgrade), a Master’s degree in Music in Media at Faculty of Philology and Arts (University of Kragujevac) and doctoral studies of Dramatic and audiovisual arts at Academy of Arts (University of Novi Sad).

His professional work spans a broad range of roles, including sound designer, re-recording mixer, sound editor, recordist, boom operator and composer. Danilo has contributed his sound expertise to numerous feature films, shorts, documentaries and commercials, as well as projects for radio, podcasts and theatre. Earlier in his career, he gained invaluable experience working as a
studio and stage sound assistant
.

Parallel to his work in moving images, Danilo is an active electronic music producer with over 100 digital releases to his name. His original tracks have been supported by
internationally acclaimed artists
.

He is the founder of Krampfstadt Studio, specialized in cinematic sound design and mixing. The studio creates original sound effects and provides high-level audio solutions for film, TV and digital media.

Danilo is also passionate about education, teaching sound design at a music high school. In his spare time, he develops audio software and crafts sound installations and sculptures.

He is happily married and has two wonderful children.
