About Gareth Wiecko

I’m an extremely passionate composer & producer, who enjoys creating music for all forms of media. I cultivate professional, positive relationships whilst creating evocative music. Being an avid gamer and film fan, I’m constantly studying and analysing scores found within these bodies so that I may improve in my craft.

I have been working professionally as a composer for the last decade. Scoring numerous bodies of work, ranging from film, video games, contemporary dance and ballet. I’m a trained pianist who grew up studying both piano and music. My later years saw me studying Ableton and electronic music production. Now, my passion lies in melding my knowledge of the two to create memorable music.

I have studied both music and music production at University, where I learned to hone my craft as a composer. Whilst studying, I began composing professionally. Initially starting with short films and podcast introductions, I then grew and moved onto ballets, contemporary dances and even video games; some of which are linked below as videos.
