About Iván Muela
Composer | UKI am a London-based composer, sound designer and sound engineer looking for work opportunities in the sound and audiovisual industry.
I hold a Bachelor in Music Technology from University of West London, where I specialised in psychoacoustics and studio recording techniques. Besides my technical qualifications, I have been studying music since I was 6 years old, first on piano and then contemporary guitar.
I consider myself a semi-profesional composer because I don’t have a large commercial portfolio at the time of writing. However, my personal work (released under my name) has been published by Fluttery Records, Universal Music and 1631 Recordings and I have toured it around UK and Europe.
I am excited to apply my skills to score music and make sound design for feature films, short films, documentaries and TV commercials. I am also looking forward to hearing from you if you need any audio post-production or editing.
