About Peter Seligman

I’m an experimental musician, producer, and sound designer, with a background in dance music and multiple decades developing an aesthetic of semi-organic, unidentifiable sounds and mysteriously shifting rhythmic structures. My solo work has involved not only recording and mastering, but also using node-based programming to design my own synthesizers, sequencers, and effects. Developing my craft through live performances, releases, and remixes, as well as more recent experiments with video and web VR, has helped me refine these techniques to not only to achieve unusual results, but to play and tweak the results in ways that might otherwise be laborious, or not inspired in the first place.
