About
Composer | S2 Compositions | NetherlandsSteven began playing the saxophone at the age of eight, opening the door to a lifelong passion for music. This early start led him to study Classical Composition at the Conservatory of Tilburg. During his studies, he was selected for a course in Film Scoring at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. He graduated in 2020.
Steven was then admitted to the master’s program at Berklee College of Music, specializing in scoring for film, television, and video games, where he further developed and refined his skills in instrumentation, orchestration, and recording. He graduated in July 2021 and received special recognition for excellent academic performance.
Since 2021, Steven has built a professional career composing music for multiple films and commercials, including Magic Forest, Manus Meta, and the official anthem for the KNVB soccer league.
