About Edwin de Baat

Freelance audio editor/ producer

My name is Edwin de Baat, 32yrs old from Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

I’m working for one year as a freelance audio editor for various studio’s. Mostly audiobooks for Storytel. Dialogue editting is my specialty.

I’ve had some releases as an artist in the Netherlands in the Hardcore dance music scene and performed as a DJ. I also participated in movie projects as a boom operator, sounddesigner, foley artist, dialogue editor and composer. Learned a lot from these 15 years. After that I studied at Sound Education, the Netherlands. Passed with a cum laude degree as a recording/ audio engineer and producer.
These days I’m working on Techno music for myself and others.
