About Emma Solloway

An evocative video game composer with a passion for world-building through audio design. I earned my BA in Music from New College of Florida, where I studied under Game Composer Mark Dancigers, Percussionist José Martinez, and Vocalist LJ White. My time at New College of Florida was spent creating inspired, narrative-driven music based on both acoustic and electronic sound design. Other accolades incude a written piece for a String Quartet performed by the Sarasota Orchestra String Quartet and a co-published paper with Quarterly Journal of the Music Library Association titled “Design Sprints and Direct Experimentation: Digital Humanities + Music Pedagogy at A Small Liberal Arts College”. I have strong skills in Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, and MaxMSP.
