About Jeanseb Roux

Jeanseb Roux is a composer, sound designer, musician and dj. An everyday Jack-of-all-trade audiophile, he begun, at the age of 14yo at the Vancouver World Expo in 1986, for a play where he created soundscape live on stage, on stilts. He caught the bug. Several plays and dance performances later, while crossing the Montreal’s golden age of Rave culture as a dj, he specialised himself by the eclecticism in his creations traveling from one style to another easily and worked on many abilities, handling music composing as much as sound design and foley work. For him, music as no gender, but a soul of itself that exist in terms of its usefullness.
