About Mark Skinner
Field recordist | MSSound | UKHi, I’m Mark, I specialise in location Sound and Edting. From multi-camera shoots to snappy edits, my extensive experience and ever-growing kit list allows me to cover all scenarios and provide great image and sound for your creative projects, no matter the setting.
Based in Bath/ Bristol, I work across the UK (London, Somerset and Devon bases) and abroad, I have a home studio, car, van and am always happy to travel. My friendly can-do attitude and over 10 years worth of experience allows me to work easily with any footage, crew, camera type, client and subject matter.
Previous clients include BBC, Google, Nike and 4Music. Previous films I have worked on have gone on to win awards at numerous film festivals including Rain Dance and LSFF. I do also offer post-production editing and sound services, which means that I can ensure your film is the best it can be through every step of the process.(see some examples of my work below). I’m also used to flying with my kit and have recorded on location in over 10 different countries.
