About Alexander Rubin
Sound designer | Alleyroad Sound | GermanyExperienced and fully equipped Production Sound Mixer and Sounddesigner for feature films, documentaries, series and commercials. I work with devices from Zaxcom, Sounddevices, Neumann, Sennheiser, Schoeps, Avid, RME, … to ensure highest quality recording and editing.
Based in munich because of the great nature I love to travel around the world. Because of my studies at the Filmacademy Baden-Württemberg (Ludwigsburg) and after working as a professional Production Sound Mixer / Sounddesigner for more than 10 years by now I´m quiet good prepared for a smooth workflow in nearly every situation. One of my beloved work of fields is engine & exhaust recording for fast and loud cars with far too many hp´s. I recently won the “Red Dot Award 2015” for the work on “The Sound of Porsche” (engine & exhaust multitrack recording and mastering in 7.1).
Equipment:
– 1st and 2nd unit state of the art field recording equipment with everything you need (recorders, mics, radios, lavs, surround mics, …)
– 5.1 Sounddesign and mixing suite for TV (Pro Tools based, Avid D-Control ES 16 mixing console, RME, …)
– ADR / Voice Over stage (Neumann & Urton mics)
