I’m Jakob Vasak, a composer and sound artist based in Berlin. I graduated with my MA in MultimediaArt – Audio in 2023. Recently, I’ve been focusing on film scores, including projects like The Railway Men (Netflix) and Eternal (Denmark). As a sound artist, I bring a unique blend of classical training and contemporary techniques to create immersive and emotionally resonant soundscapes. My work is characterized by a deep exploration of sonic textures, aiming to enhance the narrative and emotional depth of every project I take on. Whether it’s a film score or an experimental sound project, I strive to push the boundaries of what sound can achieve, creating powerful audio experiences that captivate and inspire.
