I’m a composer, songwriter, and narrator with over 20 years of experience using my talents in live and production environments. I’m currently pursuing a Masters (MA) in Composing for Video Games at Arts University Bournemouth, via Thinkspace, and as a result I am very interested in opportunities where I can use my newest skills and gain experience with vertical and horizontal composition for games, implementation using middleware (WWISE and FMOD), and experience using game engines like Unity, Unreal, and Godot. Though I am based in Canada, I enjoy working with creative professionals all over the world.
I am very experienced with audio production, and have my own project studio, capable of producing professional quality mixes for commercial use. I am also well-versed in musical sound-design, and enjoy using synthesizers, field recordings, and audio manipulation methods to give every musical project a signature sound to help it stand out in the marketplace. I can also record and produce narration suitable for instructional use or storytelling.
Finally, I have worked in the software industry as a QA and Technical Writer for well over a decade, and so I am very familiar with the day-to-day workflow of software projects (including the use of tools like JIRA, Trello, and Asana) and am comfortable speaking with developers in their own language.
If you have an interesting project that requires someone with a diverse skillset, a passion for pushing in new directions, and who can hit the ground running in any development environment, please, reach out!
