Gaining a lot of experience across a multitude of game styles, platforms and roles Yannis is a swiss army knife of interactive audio design and production combining creative with technical skills to enhance immersive experiences.

During his game audio career since 2000 he has worked on over 100+ interactive titles in the capacity both as a contractor and in-house from early mobile platforms, console and PC games and most recently high profile AR/VR titles.

For 11 years he held the role of Audio Director for Trionworlds a AAA MMORPG and online gaming developer across titles such as RIFT, Trove and Atlas Reactor where he lent his technical, and audio design, composition and production skills to a small tight knit audio team.

Prior to working in games from 2003 he was a software engineer for 8 years and utilizes this knowledge to help improve tools, pipelines and efficiency as well as designing and implementing technical audio features. Yannis has also helped design and improve features for popular audio middleware engines such as WWise, Fabric and FMOD and is active in the game audio community helping others with knowledge and mentoring.

For the past 2 years he has been highly focused on VR/AR experiences and has been working with the Facebook Immersive audio team to help production and implementation on titles such as Wolves in the Walls which the sound team was awarded an Emmy, Quill short VR movies and other AR/VR titles.

Combining distinctive audio production, technical skills, experience Yannis can produce audio for games either a solo or team based developer fitting in where his skills are most needed.
