About The Role10:10 Games is looking for an experienced Lead Unreal Technical Sound Designer with Unreal Engine MetaSounds expertise. Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Audio Design QA Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. If you have a solid background in QA with a strong focus on audio design in video games, and are excited about collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality audio experiences, we want to hear from you.
Daily responsibilities:- Identifying, analyzing, reporting and helping resolve bugs related to audio by using tools like Wwise, Unreal Engine (or other tools that might be needed) and monitoring the quality of audio design.
- Assessing the overall quality of audio assets, ensuring they meet specified standards and are free from distortions, clipping, or other quality issues.
- Collaborating closely with Sound Design, Music and Audio teams, providing constructive feedback and suggesting improvements on audio assets and identified issues with proposed solutions.
- Overseeing the quality of implemented solutions by conducting thorough testing of all audio elements, including sound effects, music, and voice overs, to ensure they function correctly within the software or game environment.

Work descriptionWispfire is looking for English speaking actors from Europe for an unannounced game about vampires. It is a paid role for English speaking voice- and motion-capture performers. We will record your head and face movements for the creation of detailed expressions for our avatars, but no full-body performance is required. The technology works with cameras, you don’t have to wear a motion-capture suit.
Work requirements- Because the project requires motion capture of the face/head, actors must be able to travel to the Netherlands in February/March of 2026 to record their part on-site in Utrecht.
- In addition to feeling comfortable with playing a sexy queer vampire, actors must also be ok with dark subject matter, such as sexual violence, drug addiction and physical/mental abuse.
- The publisher can potentially contact actors to perform their character for marketing purposes. Actors are asked to remain available for extra paid work to accommodate such requests.
- A part in an upcoming video game by a small but passionate indie development team.
- About €600,- per recording session. (depending on experience, a session takes 4-6 hrs)
- A paid trip to the studio in the beautiful city of Utrecht to record your part on-site.
- Wispfire will cover all the technical parts, you only have to perform your character.
The auditions will be held in two rounds. Actors that are through to
the second round of auditions will be contacted by us to sign a
Non-Disclosure-Agreement. Upon receipt of the signed NDA, we will share
more information on the character(s), the amount of sessions needed per
role, the final recording schedule, etc.
In the second round of auditions we will request a video with some
sample lines of face/head performance before making the final casting
decision.

In addition to sending their voice reels, actors should record at least two versions of each sample line and send them to jobs@wispfire.com. The files should be labeled with your name + the ID of the character role that the audition is for. The deadline is September 9 2025.
In the email, please tell us about your experience with doing voice- and motion-capture work, as well as the level of affinity you have with the ethnicity/accent of the character(s) you are auditioning for.
If you happen to possess access to an iPhone12 or higher, please also state this in your email. We can use this information to determine how easy it is for you to do some additional marketing work from home. (Owning an iPhone is not a hard requirement)
