The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Audio Designer who has a passion for creating rich and rewarding audio experiences for our players. You will be responsible for crafting and enhancing the audio experience across the whole of the game, including gameplay, cinematics and music.
This role provides an exciting opportunity with massive scope to have a real impact on the audio design, technical features and implementation of audio throughout the game. The Senior Audio Designer will take ownership of assessing needs, creating or obtaining necessary audio assets, as well as being responsible for any additional work such as managing third party recording studio relationships and the recording sessions.
Responsibilities- Take ownership of various audio features from design, creation and asset implementation.
- Proficiency in authoring audio formats.
- Collaborating with audio programmers to develop systems based on the games vision and gameplay needs.
- Audio tools and commentary system collaboration.
- Audio mixing and mastering. Ensuring that audio is clear, consistent and balanced.
- Creating and capturing new audio.
- Working with the game designers and game director to ensure audio meets and exceeds the design requirements.
- Evangalise features you are working on and the overall game vision to others within the organisation.
- Write clear and concise audio documentation, ensuring that it is always kept up to date.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure work is delivered with a consistent quality and on time.
- Assess and communicate issues and risk within reasonable timescales.
- Have a keen ear for audio quality, identifying areas that could be improved, ensuring the game is meeting the highest of standards.
- Providing script assistance and suggestions that will support recording.

We’re looking for a talented music producer with a strong foundation in composing for picture—across both contemporary and classical styles. Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience working on music for advertising, with a proven track record of delivering on client briefs.
Sound design expertise would be a welcome addition to your skills. You’ll be collaborating closely with our team of composers and sound designers to create compelling soundtracks for commercials, motion design, and brand work. Experience recording live instruments and vocals is a plus.
This is a Bristol-based role, working from our studio and making full use of cutting-edge software and hardware production tools.
