About the Role
As a Sound Designer, you create the sound experiences in our games and in our marketing material. - Create, design, and mix sound effects that match the game’s visual style and enhance the gaming experience.

- Create sound for trailers, marketing material, and other external deliveries.
- Deliver high quality within deadlines.
- Drive improvements in our working processes and sound tools.
We believe you have a musical background, you live and breathe music—tones, beats, and vibes come naturally. You have an eye (and ear!) for detail and are equally comfortable working independently as you are with a creative group.
We are looking for talent that has:
- 3+ years of experience in sound design for iGaming – preferably casino games.
- Good knowledge of at least one DAW, such as Logic Pro, Reaper, Pro Tools, or Cubase.
- Ability to quickly adapt to different sound styles and expressions.
- Experience in developing and communicating ideas and concepts, as well as giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- A strong commitment to sound, music, and the overall soundscape.

About the Team:The Reno PI Studio is responsible for the development of entertaining land-based slot machines. Job Summary:Under minimal supervision, the Audio Designer III leads the creative audio vision for gaming projects, collaborating with game designers, artists, and programmers to deliver immersive, high-quality sound effects and music. This role involves advanced composition, sound design, and integration, ensuring audio aligns with game themes, mechanics, and market expectations. The Audio Designer III also mentors junior team members and contributes to strategic audio decisions.

- Composes, arranges, records, mixes, and master’s music and sound effects at an expert level for multiple game projects.
- Defines and drives the audio strategy for projects, ensuring cohesion between music, sound design, and gameplay.
- Creates and integrates complex interactive and adaptive audio systems, leveraging advanced middleware and game engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence game design through audio concepts and innovation.
- Leads audio planning, estimating timelines, and resource allocation for sound-related deliverables.
- Oversee documentation for programmers and ensure accurate implementation of audio sequences.
- Conducts advanced testing and optimization of audio assets for player experience and hardware performance.

The position involves:- Producing high-quality audio for our kid’s apps
- Maintaining all aspects of audio production whilst aligning with our established in-house styles
- Absorbing and translating existing audio content into new designs
- Communicating audio concepts and plans independently and effectively across a multidisciplinary team
- Liaising with the Producer from early pre-production planning right through until release
- Creating and setting up audio in Unity for implementation by the development team
- Problem solving and providing clear solutions for any audio issues that might arise

- Expertise using DAWs, ideally Ableton Live and Reaper
- Ability to compose music loops with a focus on kids interactive content
