We are looking for an experienced Music Designer to join our Star Wars team. Reporting to the Music Director, your responsibilities will cover music implementation, editorial, and mastering. Note: This role does not include music composition. The role would be hybrid in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities
  • You will implement music content in Wwise/Unreal including mastering work.
  • You will work with our Music Director and Composers to decide on music placement and flow.
  • You will work with our Audio / Music Directors and Audio Tech Team, contributing to the design and maintenance of our music systems.
  • You will edit and organize music assets, following established standards and naming conventions.
  • As part of the Audio team, collaborate closely with the Sound and Dialogue disciplines to achieve an outstanding music experience.
  • You will collaborate with team members across all disciplines within the studio.
Qualifications
  • Experience shipping at least one game title in a music design role OR a relevant academic qualification together with materials that demonstrate ability.
  • 2+ years of experience with Wwise audio middleware and the Unreal game engine.
  • Experience using DAWs. Our standard tool for audio editing is Reaper.
  • Experience designing and testing music systems for video games.
  • Experience organizing and tracking music assets.
  • Ability to explain your work and ability to receive and action feedback.
  • A demonstrable understanding of the game audio pipeline, including SFX and VO.
  • Experience with orchestral recording sessions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Star Wars universe is a plus.
Pay Transparency – North America COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES

British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $91,100 – $126,900 CAD

California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) $101,700 – $151,900 USD

Music Project Coordinator

As we continue to expand our global content portfolio, we’re seeking a Music Project Coordinator (Contract) based in Singapore to support music production operations across Riot’s products and partnerships.

As a Music Project Coordinator in the Singapore Studio, you’ll support day-to-day music production activities by assisting with vendor coordination, production logistics, and delivery tracking across assigned products and features. You’ll work closely with audio leads, cross-functional partners, and external vendors to help ensure music assets move smoothly through established production workflows.

This is a contract position based in Singapore, working closely with both global and regional Riot teams.

Please note that Riot Games does not offer relocation packages for this position. You need to be able to work legally in Singapore, without Riot Games’ sponsorship, to be considered Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate & track music-related tasks, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and regularly sync with creative leads.
  • Coordinate logistics with external vendors, including scheduling, revisions, and asset handoffs, and support procurement and legal clearance workflows as directed.
  • Assist with organizing, formatting, and documenting music briefs provided by music production leadership
  • Support communication and information flow across internal teams and external partners
  • Track active project updates and assist with review readiness tracking and visibility sharing
  • Support archival and organization of completed music assets, including final mixes, stems, and DAW project files, following established documentation and storage guidelines
  • Support invoice submission, milestone documentation, and coordination with Production and Finance

This role is focused on executional support and coordination. It does not include creative ownership, music direction, music composition, or decision-making authority.

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting music, audio, or creative production workflows on shipped products or features
  • Familiarity with music production processes, asset delivery, and production documentation
  • Experience coordinating tasks, schedules, and deliverables across cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Experience assisting with invoice processing, milestone tracking, or other production-related logistics
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience working at a game developer or publisher, preferably in a music, audio, or creative production support role

  • Drive terminology and glossary alignment across product surfaces, ensuring consistency and scalability

The United States base range for this position is $119,424 – $170,606 plus equity. These ranges may be modified in the future.
