As an Audio Producer you will work closely with our talented audio team to help deliver exceptional dialogue and narrative to our titles. Responsiblities- Work with audio team staff to schedule and track project tasks and remain fluid across projects
- Ensure each project has the budget and schedule scope to make the audio experience the best it can be
- Budget control and reporting to Head of Audio and / or producers
- Invoicing instruction and submission to finance
- Help stakeholders ensure the audio experience and narrative of the dialogue is upheld on all projects
- Source, test and build relationships with outsource audio providers, casting agencies, voice directors, agents and actors to ensure we get the best pick of their talent and facilities.
- In collaboration with the Senior Audio Producer and Narrative Team, review castings, contract with or hire in the relevant talent for voice direction or voice talent
- Preferably a background in project managing creative teams (any of localisation, cut-scene, motion capture, narrative etc.)
- Work closely with dialogue , narrative and game designers in finding the ‘voices’ of our games
- Enable and manage the delivery of narrative requirements (character briefs, casting, recording, mocap/sound stage setup where applicable)
- Schedule recording sessions and final script delivery before each session
- Be a spokesperson for good localisation of dialogue into other languages
- Contribute towards the design of new systems, processes, tools and pipelines
- Troubleshoot and help fix dialogue issues and bugs
- Experience of task tracking software and version control (JIRA/Hansoft/Monday/Favro) as a manager/product owner would be a must
- A background in scheduling and process (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban etc.) that can be demonstrated is essential
- An awareness and appreciation of game audio and it’s processes and pipelines
- Interested in the audio side of narrative
- Cognisant of legal and purchasing processes
- Could provide direction during dialogue recording if/ where required
- Good interpersonal skills , building good relationships with dev team and outsourcers
- 2-3 years’ experience in games generally

Job DescriptionParticipates in creating audio content (sound design, music, and voiceover) under supervision and supports their integration.
Your main mission:- Analyze high-level game mechanics and determine an appropriate audio treatment
- Work closely with game designers, level designers and programmers to ensure that the audio design supports the design intention
- Use your knowledge of audio tools and game editors in order to integrate audio content, fix bugs and create new functionalities
- Ensure that the audio content you produce functions as intended, once implemented in the game
- Apply audio concepts (sound manipulation tools, music theory etc.) as part of your working audio designs
- Respect the imposed deadline for finalizing the received tasks
- Production Pipelines and Technology – Understands the basic processes and typical game production life cycles
- Understands and is able to work with deadlines
- Audio documentation: – Knows the importance of documentation and planning for game productions and create additional documentation if needed.
- Music and Audio Design – Solid skills in various DAWs (Reaper – is preferred, Nuendo, Cubase, Pro Tools, Ableton…) and Audio Editing Tools (Sound Forge, Wavelab…)
