Ubi question box:
  • How do I prepare my application for Ubisoft?

First, read the job description carefully in order to highlight your experiences and skills that seem relevant to you for this position! A personalized and well-detailed CV will certainly allow you to stand out 😉

Cover letter or not? To choose, we will always prefer a few lines explaining your interest in the internship/study program in particular, rather than a long generic copy/pasted text! An insert is specifically provided for this purpose when you apply on our site.

  • How does the recruitment process work at Ubisoft?

If your application is accepted, you will first be contacted by a representative of our Campus team for a telephone exchange or a delayed video interview in order to determine whether your profile corresponds to the advertisement but also to your desires. A physical interview or a video via Teams afterwards with your future internship tutor. It is also possible that you will have to take a practical case during the recruitment process or exchange with your next n+2 and some of your colleagues.

  • I don't know the video game industry. Do I have my place at Ubisoft?

Ubisoft has in its ranks many profiles who are not video game enthusiasts. At Ubisoft, we seek to surround ourselves with people who are passionate, whether by their specialties, their professions or by entertainment in general.

  • What does it mean to be an UbiTrainee (trainees or work-study students)?

At Ubisoft, after a training period, you will be entrusted with empowering missions which will evolve throughout your experience with us. No photocopier training but real challenges to take on every day!

Being an intern with us also means enjoying the best of both worlds: the vision, stability, opportunities and brand catalog of a large international group, but also the freedom, creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and the friendly working environment of a start-up.

  • How are Trainees supported during their experience at Ubi?

Our HR teams are responsible for supporting you throughout your experience. This involves close HR monitoring (answers to daily questions, discussions on the possibilities of staying at Ubi after your internship/alternation, etc.) and the continued animation of the Trainees community (Welcome Sessions, dedicated Teams group, Trainees Week, etc.). and a few other surprises 😉).

  • I have a disability, how do I apply?

All our recruitment teams have been made aware of disability issues. You can therefore apply normally via our Smartrecruiters platform by attaching your CV and cover letter. If you need an adaptation of the recruitment process, particularly when it involves video interviews, specify this when applying and/or contact the Mission Handicap team by email (Boost@Ubisoft.com).
